The Most F’cked Up

Personally, the last day of the year was the most f’cked up.
We are, or must I say, I am, always working towards the good of the company.
The others seems to work towards their own egocentric needs.

So, why is the last day the most f’ked up?
There are two reasons for this.

The first is simple, between Christmas and New Year, my energy is empty, my goals met and the work is in a pause fase, which makes me restless and floating around without goals.

The second is that; People tend to aim the result of their war strategies towards the end.
Yes, during the year, I kick camarades towards the right path, not being too subtle either. No, if you aim to strike me down at the end of the year to get your ‘right’ or ‘revenge’, that is not going to work well in the next year.

Something like; ‘if I at least ‘win’ the last battle, the year is mine’. No, it’s not. It’s just pathetic.

So, thanks for that. It’s not even your fault, it is mine.
My better nature aims to help people and often I forget there is a great need with the others to be ‘greater’ or ‘more powerful’ than they other, even if the hierarchy does not allow that.

Of course, this is part of the process of making sure the hierarchy is the right hierarchy. However, you forget a number of things.

If you do not hold any cards, you can not strike the one who has.

If you are less skillful than the other, you might try or trick to get ahead, but you are less skillful, so that might work for a while, but will result in something else. The more skillful will lock you out, leaving you with nothing.

The best must lead. The most skillful must lead.

Anyway, the new year started and a lesson learned well;

You have to do it yourself.
At least I have.

Nobody of the ‘supposed’ crew is going to really help me. They might with ‘drinking in the bar’, but not with building the company.
The real crew does not need help, they take care of their own.

Thát is my crew.
Not those parasites just wanting to profit from the efforts made.
Let’s apply this final lesson learned.

Anyway. Fuck the end of the year.

Back to work.
New goals.
Profit.
